Privacy Statement
This statement applies to web sites and 'blogs published by Trevox (short for Trevor Oxborrow), who is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of web site visitors and interactors.
When someone visits a Trevox web site we use services such as Google Analytics & Statcounter to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the numbers of visitors to the various parts of the sites. This information does not identify anyone, and we do not make, or allow others to make, any concealed attempt to discover identities. (You can find more information on how cookies are used on the web sites in our Cookies Policy.)
If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through the web sites, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it. An example of this is the "name" and "email" fields in the Contact Forms. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We may use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver general mailings. Then, we may gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help monitor and improve the mailings. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.
You can unsubscribe to general mailings by contacting Trevor Oxborrow in his role as Data Protection Officer.
Links to Other Web Sites
This privacy statement does not cover the links within this site linking to web sites which are not published by Trevox. Those sites are not governed by this Privacy Statement, and if you have questions about how a site uses your information, you’ll need to check that site’s privacy statement, notice or policy.
Access to Your Personal Information
You are entitled to access the personal information that we hold. Send your request to Trevor Oxborrow in his role as Data Protection Officer by using one of the web site Contact forms.
